All Willow orders are carefully packed and shipped from Queenstown, New Zealand using New Zealand Post courier services.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During launches or busy periods, this may be slightly extended as each piece is prepared with care.

Delivery Time
Once dispatched, estimated delivery timeframes are:

• South Island: 1–3 business days

• North Island: 2–4 business days

• Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days

These timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partner and may vary.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays & Lost Parcels
Once your order has been handed to the courier, Willow is not responsible for delivery delays. However, we will always do our best to assist you in tracking your parcel if needed.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Willow is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.
